Studio D's Pilates based core conditioning class focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, agility, and coordination. This class will involve repetition and circuit training using weight and spring resistance, Pilates equipment, Reformer Jump board, and exercise balls.

New Pilates Ball Class!
Thursday 6:30pm
The Pilates Ball Class uses the Mat repertoire and enhances the work by adding Pilates exercise balls to the class to make it more challenging. This is a great way to work on strength, balance and stability.

New Pilates Mat Class!
Fridays 12:00pm
This is a great class to fit in before your weekend during your lunch hour. Get back to the original Pilates Method focus on strength, flexibility, and coordination.
