Scheduling a Session
Privates, duets, & trio sessions are by appointment only. Group classes are open for drop-in. Please look online to make sure the class is not full. We offer small classes to give the client a lot of one-on-one attention. First time clients please arrive 5 minutes before your session. We will show you around the studio, and have you fill out a client profile. To schedule an appointment call: (406) 360-7421
Attire
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive exercise clothing. Try to avoid bulky garments & pants with zippers. It is important for us to see your body movements to make sure you are in the proper position. Shoes are not allowed in the studio. You are welcome to wear sock or go barefoot during you session or class.
Parking
There is a parking lot right in front of the building. The side of the parking lot towards Pine Street is lease parking only. You will receive a ticket if you park on that side of the lot. The side of the parking lot towards the building is free 2 hour parking.
Street parking: .50/per hour, .25/per 30 minutes, .10 per/ 12 minutes, .05/per 6 minutes
Fee Structure
To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of the booking. Sessions may be purchased individually or at special package rates of five or 10. Packages are time limited based on the date of first visit. If your account has been inactive for 12 months, it will atomically expire. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Billing
All sessions are booked by appointment and automatically billed to your account. We provide a number of payment options for your convenience: cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, and debit cards are accepted. Our Monthly Memberships are done on a 6 month commitment with an auto-billing system. To end your Monthly Membership a 30 day written notice is required.
Food
Avoid eating 30 minutes before your session. Please be sure to come to class well hydrated and with a water bottle to avoid dehydration and cramping.
Cancellation Policy
We request a 24-hour notice to either cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your account. Unpaid classes will be billed to your account at the single class rate. There are NO refunds or exchanges on purchases.
Card Expirations
Please note: All Mat and Mat/Springboard Class cards EXPIRE 6 MONTHS from the date of the clients first visit after purchasing the class card. All Packages including: private, duet and trio sessions EXPIRE 1 YEAR (365 DAYS) from the date of the clients first visit after purchasing the package.
